Cacao nibs are small pieces of crushed cacao beans. Our nibs are carefully made from our organic cacao beans which are dried after harvesting, then fermented and cracked to produce these small, delicious dark bits.

These pieces of cacao are packed with an impressive amount of nutrients like antioxidants, flavonoids, Zn, Mg, fiber and others. The theobromine is an alkaloid found in cacao which helps release stress. Also, it has been suggested that the cacao butter, helps to decrease LDL cholesterol.
